Certified Training
The added value of vocational training is not only aimed at people, in particular through the acquisition of knowledge, professional and social skills, the sense of belonging (to a group or organization), control of tensions and conflicts in the day -day resulting in the acquisition of self-confidence, security and decision-making capacity, but also in the contribution to the development of local communities and organizations.

- Promote Equal Opportunities and Gender Equality in access to the labor market and increase the well-being of the general population through the development of training policies aimed at inserting people vulnerable to trajectories of social exclusion;
- Increase the level of professional and academic qualification of the resident population in Portugal;
- To contribute to the qualification of the human resources of Public, Private and Third Sector Organizations, with a view to optimizing their internal services and procedures;
- Develop diagnoses of training needs with a view to the design of training plans tailored to public, private and third sector entities;
- Support the public, private and third sector entities in the preparation and subsequent submission of their applications for the development of training projects financed under Portugal 2020.
The Questão de Igualdade is a training entity certified by the DGERT (Directorate General for Employment and Labor Relations)

- We ensure the alignment of the processes with the organization’s objectives, guiding the results.
4. Revision
- We regularly analyze our Quality Policy and the functioning system of the training activity, in order to maximize productivity and minimize waste, adapting them to new realities, in a perspective of constant updating;
- The systematic measurement and analysis of our performance, in all aspects, is the basis of our process of innovation and continuous improvement.
