In the scope of its participation in this project, the Equality Question had as responsibilities:

• The elaboration of the “Study / Diagnosis: Gender Equality and Reconciliation between Family and Personal Life and Professional Life in Barreiro City Hall”
• The promotion of training actions in Gender Equality for leaders and workers of the City Hall of Barreiro
• The elaboration of the “Manual of Procedures for the Integration of Gender Equality”
• The External Evaluation of the Project.
